The Appalachian Ohio Group (AOG) of the Sierra Club will be inviting members of the Ohio Sierra Club Chapter to provide a training on how to be effective citizens for climate change and growing clean energy in Ohio.

This will be the first of many trainings to be hosted by AOG for SE Ohio activists and advocates of a healthy planet. Come learn about the Ohio legislative process, how-to lobby your legislators, create effective messaging with letters to editors, grassroots organizing in the era of Trump, and much more!

Over time, AOG plans to recruit members of our Appalachian Ohio community to schedule meetings with local political representatives at the Ohio Statehouse – taking what we learn together to the people that need to hear it most!
