Athens Ohio’s premiere roller derby league, The Appalachian Hell Betties, will be rolling out their season opener here at home on March 24. Spectators to the first home game of the year will see a fierce battle on the track as the Appalachian Hell Betties take on Gem City’s Violet Femmes from Dayton, Ohio. This is a double-header with the main event followed by an exhibition scrimmage.

Doors open 4 pm | First whistle 5 pm
Inter-league scrimmage takes place after the bout
