Ever find yourself overwhelmed when it comes to putting together a workout? Do you not know where to start and do you find yourself asking “why” or “how”?  Then this workshop is the right one for you.  By the end, the goal is to understand the “why” and “how” of workout programming in order to ensure consistency and optimal results in the gym.

 

This workshop will include educational information and practical application, so wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.

This workshop is one of a series of four various wellness workshops in Fall 2019. Registration for a single workshop costs $10, or $30 for all four!
