- All Levels Yoga Flow – Stress-releasing, slow flow vinyasa yoga class taught by Piper Toth, RYT 200. Modifications will be provided for beginners.
- Guided Meditation – Learn about the benefits of mindfulness & practice guided meditation with Kim Valentour.
- Make+Take Aromatherapy Workshop – Learn about the benefits of essential oils & get creative by making your own sea salt body scrub.
