“Good time rhythm and blues”

In 2012 Shouts & Whispers began performing their own brand of Rock and Roll in southeastern Ohio. These experienced musicians perform an impressive variety of music borrowing from Rhythm and Blues, Swing, Soul, and Country. Their smooth three-part harmonies add richness and depth to their inventive compositions, creating a great listening experience that will also get dancers up on their feet. Their original tunes – which can be heard on their CD “Gotta Be Movin’” — feel as familiar as your favorite hat, but with a new splash of color. Their clever arrangements on select cover tunes inject fresh new life into some old favorites by Al Kooper, the Allman Brothers Band, the Amazing Rhythm Aces, Eric Clapton, Little Feat, Los Lobos, Taj Mahal, Keb Mo, Paul Butterfield and many more.
