The Company at The Valley Gem will premiere an original stage adaptation of The Great Gatsby aboard the Major/Riviera in Marietta this month.

The dinner theater production, directed by Artistic Director Hope Eller, brings F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Jazz Age classic to life through live music, dance, and 1920s-era flair.

Ten local performers will reimagine the story with popular tunes like “Puttin’ on the Ritz” and “Mack the Knife.” Guests are encouraged to dress in Roaring Twenties fashion for this immersive “floating speakeasy” experience, which includes dinner and a riverboat cruise.
