Friendly 5k run/walk benefiting Friends of the Shelter Dogs!

REGISTRATION STARTS AT 10 AM , RUN/WALK STARTS AT 11am. The Shelter Dog Strut: 5K-9 Run/Walk – to benefit the Friends of the Shelter Dogs-will be held at the Eclipse Company Store in The Plains, Ohio. All ages and skill levels of runners, walkers, and friendly 4-legged companions are encouraged to get out and take part in this family friendly event on Saturday, April 13th
♦♦♦ Dogs attending on race day MUST be well-behaved, friendly with other dogs, vaccinated, and on a NON-RETRACTABLE LEASH ♦♦♦
The out-and-back 5K Run/Walk course will start and end on Jackson Drive near the entrance to the bike path at the Eclipse Company Store. If you or your four-legged companion can’t complete the entire 5K course- you can turn around at any of the mile markers along the path.
Participants who register before March 31st will be guaranteed an event t-shirt.

Prizes will be awarded to the Top Male/Female Finisher overall Top Youth Under 18, and Top Youth Under 12.
PLUS: special prizes will be awarded in pooch participant categories posted on race day.
After you finish your race- hang out on the lawn for a FREE Concert by the Mudfork Blues Band. Stay for lunch and a cold beer at the Eclipse Company Store with a variety of hand -pattied burgers, smoked wings, fresh salads, and more than 40 craft beers on tap. $25 REGISTRATION
