UpBEAT Virtual Exercise Program

The UpBEAT Virtual Exercise Program is free and open to anyone age 55 and older. This program is held on the first and third Monday of each month (Exercise classes will be canceled if a holiday falls on the first or third Monday of the month.).
This one-hour Gentle Yoga for All class, emphasizes proper breathing, stretching and relaxation techniques. Gentle Yoga for All is taught by UpBEAT exercise leaders, trained by Marshall University training instructors. This program is provided in partnership with United Seniors of Athens County.
