The Southeast Ohio Walk to Defeat ALS will be held in Glouster at Trimble High School, Saturday, 4/1/17, with Registration at 9:30am and the Walk beginning at 11:00AM.  The Walk route goes through downtown Glouster, starting and ending at the High School.

This is the 3rd year for the walk in Southeast Ohio and we are looking to grow the Walk by getting out the word to more people in Athens County and surrounding counties.  Last year, the walk raised just over $20,000 and about 175 were in attendance.

Funds raised from the Walk go to support local services to people diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s Disease.  Our Chapter provides case management by licensed healthcare professionals, equipment loan, support groups to name a few services and it is all provided, free of charge, thanks to money raised at our 4 Walks, chapter-wide.
