Join us on Thursday evening for the opening concert featuring Central Ohio legend, Arnett Howard and his band.  Arts/crafts vendors and the best all around food vendors will be ready to greet you.  All carnival rides are FREE!  The Festival continues on Friday and Saturday.  Join us for a weekend of great washboard music and good food.
