On Saturday, January 21, 2017, the Gilham-Frank VFW Post 8804 and the Hilltop Gun Club are sponsoring a free Women’s Self Defense Clinic. The event will be held from 11-1 at 8156 Salem Road in Athens. Topics will include self-defense techniques, home safety and security, pistols 101, and more with many hands-on activities.
