An interactive presentation for the greater Athens community by Susan Burgess, Ph.D., of OU's Department of Political Science, and Laura Black, Ph.D. of OU's School of Communication Studies. It will explore the relation between government dysfunction and the Constitution and the role of the citizens initiative process in addressing government dysfunction.
