OU Libraries’ Bicentennial Book Wins International Award
The Ohio University Libraries’ illustrated book, 200 Years of Shared Discovery: The Bicentennial of Ohio University Libraries, wowed the OU community upon its print and online debut last January.
Bobcats weren’t the only ones who were impressed. The Council for Advancement and Support of Education, an international association of educational institutions, recently named Ohio University a silver award winner for the 2014 Circle of Excellence Awards Program In-house Print Publication category.

Library Celebrates OU Black Alumni With Exhibit, Speaker
This weekend, OU Libraries will present two events in honor of the upcoming Black Alumni Reunion: I Feel Good: A Soulful Stroll Down Memory Lane, a special archives display; and a talk with Carl H. Walker, author of Soulful Bobcats: Experiences of African American Students at Ohio University during the 1950s.
