Ohio University President Roderick McDavis says Jennifer Kirksey is his new Chief of Staff and Special Assistant.
The appointment is effective immediately.
Kirksey has been a member of McDavis's staff for seven years, serving as the Strategic Communication Advisor and Developer.
Her new job is "managing the Office of the President, serving as a liaison to students, faculty, staff, and other members of our community", and working on strategic initiatives.
