Eleven people were arrested Tuesday during a "drug sweep" throughout Portsmouth, according to a Portsmouth Police Department news release. Most of the charges were related to possession and/or trafficking of prescription painkillers, including more than $1,700 worth of oxycodone for one suspect alone.
