West Virginia Man Pleads Not Guilty To Rape Charges

A Vienna, West Virginia man has pleaded not guilty to charges filed against him in connection with the rape of a 13 year old girl in Athens County.
James Haddox, 35, is charged with rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and gross sexual imposition.
A Coolville girl reported that she was raped by Haddox at a home in Hockingport in May.
Investigators say Haddox is homeless and was visiting a home on Jet Star Drive when the attack happened.
They say the 13 year old was also visiting the home.
Bond was set at $100,000.
A jury trial is scheduled for September 13.
