Pike County Man Arrested In Rape Case

A man has been arrested in Pike County on three counts of rape and seven counts of gross sexual imposition.
According to a news release from the Pike County Sheriff's Department, James Scarberry, 24, of Beaver, Ohio is being held in the Scioto County Jail.
Investigators say Scarberry was arrested as a result of an investigation into sexual misconduct with a minor.
His bond was set at $510,000.
