John Kasich will sign legislation on dangerous wild animals at 2:30 p.m. Terry Thompson of Zanesville let 56 exotic pets go right before shooting himself in the head on Tuesday. Before Gov. Strickland left office this year, he had written an order that would have had restrictions on exotic animal operations, such as the one in Zanesville. Kasich allowed the order to lapse after taking office. Watch the governor sign the bill into law at 2:30 p.m.
