Circleville Man Charged With Theft From The Elderly

According to the sheriff's Facebook page, Christopher Hill, 40, allegedly told an 80-year-old woman at her Good Hope Township home he was a state chimney inspector and charged her more than $1,600 for an inspection.
The sheriff says the woman wrote down his license plate number and reported him.
