Suspect Wanted For Dorm Hall Arson

Ohio University police are searching for a suspect wanted for arson.
Investigators say Wednesday morning at approximately 4:00 a.m., a resident assistant in Boyd Hall reported that two room doors and a bulletin board had been ignited.
The residents of Boyd Hall reported that they smelled smoke, noticed one door was still smoldering, and extinguished it.
At approximately 5:15 a.m., the same resident assistant reported two more small fires had been located and extinguished in the men’s restroom.
This case is under investigation.
