Scioto Co. Fire Ruled Arson

Wednesday morning's fire at a Scioto County home has been ruled arson.
The Division of State Fire Marshal says the fire broke out shortly before 3 a.m. on Locust Street in Wheelersburg.
No one was home, and no one was hurt.
Neighbors discovered the fire and reported it to the fire department.
A Blue Ribbon Arson Reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to anyone with information about who set the fire.
