Building Doctors Visiting Somerset

A team from the Ohio Historical Society will be in Perry County this evening to offer advice to old building owners.
It's the Society's Building Doctor Clinic, which spokeswoman Mariangela Pfister says will make a stop in Somerset.
She says, "We have nearly 30 people signed up for the seminar and the site visits are closed. The site visits are all filled. For a community as small as Somerset, that is excellent."
Pfister says walk-ins are still welcome for the 7 pm seminar, which will include guidelines for renovation projects.
The building doctor team advises old-building owners on care and maintenance issues and can help with tax credits for rehabilitation projects.
