Ohio Issue 2 would create a 12-person citizen commission to draw legislative and congressional district maps.
Districts must be drawn every 10 years after the U.S. Census.
With results from 15 of 9,231 precincts reported to the Ohio Secretary of State's Office here are the latest numbers:
Yes – 42%
No – 58%
