Two Dead In Meigs County Crash

A New Year's Eve crash is fatal for two Meigs County men.
Dead are 24-year-old David Hubbard and 31-year-old David Napper, both from Middleport.
The Highway Patrol says Hubbard was driving on Happy Hollow Road in Meigs County and collided head-on with a car.
Hubbard was in an all-terrain-vehicle and Napper was his passenger.
The driver of the car was not injured and her passenger had minor injuries.
No charges have been filed.
