Athens Man Sentenced On Child Porn Charge

According to Carter Stewart, US Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, 42-year-old Jason Hutchinson used a webcam to create a video of himself engaging in sex acts with a 13-year-old at his home in November 2010.
Hutchinson then sent the video to a person in the Boston area.
He appeared in US District Court Friday in front of Judge Algenon Marbley.
Hutchinson pleaded guilty in August to one count of using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct.
He will be under court supervision for the rest of his life and must register as a sex offender anywhere he lives, works or goes to school.
Stewart says Hutchinson also admitted to the same Boston-area individual that he had sexually abused a young boy in Athens County several years ago.
