Miller, Dudding, Knapp-Browne, and Vogel discuss the importance of heart health, preventative care, nutrition, and the effect one’s environment can have on overall health.
“The CDC tells us that our zip code is way more influential then our genetic code. So really, where we live and what we have access to is extremely influential on our health”, says Dudding.
