Murder Suspect Back In West Virginia

A murder suspect is in jail in Cabell County after being arrested in Georgia.
Tyerus "Tank" Hayes was transferred and arrived in Huntington about 9 p.m. Saturday.
Hayes was wanted in connection with the murder of Chris Carter, 25, on January 2.
Hayes was arrested in Georgia on a fugitive from justice warrant on March 1.
In addition to murder, Hayes is facing several other charges including lying in wait, imprisonment, and escape from custody.
