Marietta Man Charged With Sex With A Minor

Marietta Police say a man admits to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
They say, now 32-year-old, Phillip Edward Aaron Pruden admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old.
Pruden was 31 at that time.
Investigators say it happened last summer but the information just recently came to them from children services.
"The 15-year-old child did have a relationship with Prudent in the summer of 2012. They had had sex, according to her, on at least three different occasions," explains Captain Jeff Waite.
Police say Pruden admitted to it happening once.
Investigators believe the two met through mutual friends.
"She described it as a relationship, she also noted she didn't feel it was consensual because she was intoxicated at the time."
Because of the 10-year age difference, Pruden is charged with a third degree felony of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
