Powerful Storm Moving Through The Region

A powerful storm that brought winter weather to parts of the midwest and Great Lakes region will be moving through the region Thursday.
The National Weather Service says the storm system will bring thunderstorms and possible damaging winds Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.
A flood watch is in effect for Carroll, Coshocton, Harrison and Tuscarawas counties.
