A 21-year-old Athens resident accused of stabbing a male outside of an Athens restaurant in February has pleaded not guilty to felonious assault.

Patrick Michael Barry appeared before the Athens County Grand Jury Monday.

Athens County Prosecutor Keller Blackburn says that Barry is accused of stabbing another individual outside of Courtside Pizza on Court Street on or around February 23 following a dispute between fraternities.

Barry's bond was set at $10,000 and a jury trial has been scheduled for July 9, 2013.
