Police Investigate Alleged Sexual Assault At Fraternity House

Police are investigating a sexual assault report at a fraternity house early Wednesday morning near Marshall University.
The university sent an electronic message to students stating a 21-year-old male student is accused of assaulting a 19-year-old female student at the Alpha Tau Omega frat house.
Huntington Police say the two students were together Tuesday night and knew each other.
Officers say no charges have been filed against him.
Police say this was not a random act and this case should not cause any additional concern for people in that area.
