Teen Suspect In Fire Truck Theft Dies

A teenager from Lawrence County, Ohio, accused of stealing and crashing a stolen firetruck last week has died from his injuries, according to a county coroner's report.
Brentley Montgomery, 19, was from Lawrence County. The Ross County Sheriff's Office says Montgomery was thrown from the truck in the accident.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says Montgomery was behind the wheel of the 2003 Kenworth tanker fire truck at the time of the crash. It happened Friday in the Harrison Township area of Ross County.
Montgomery was flown to a Columbus hospital.
The Columbus Dispatch cites a coroner's report confirming Montgomery died Monday evening.
