Memorial Day Boating Accident Injuries Six

The accident happened Sunday near the Portland docks.
There were two boats, one was stationary when another boat ran over it.
The accident occurred when the one boat went airborne crashing into the other boat destroying it's bow, and damaging its motor.
Those in the other boat jumped into the water for safety.
The West Virginia DNR, said one woman on the stationary boat was admitted in critical condition.
The DNR says, at least eight people were involved and at least six were transported to area hospitals.
The West Virginia DNR talked to the driver of the boat and he said it happened so quick he didn't have time to react.
