Man Dies After Being Hit By Train

Police say a man has died after he was hit by a train in Putnam County.
Putnam County sheriff's deputies tell media outlets that Tyler Kincaid of Winfield was walking on the tracks in Scott Depot when he was hit around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies say the westbound train's conductor blew the whistle, signaled and braked to slow the train down.
