Portsmouth Man Charged With Rape

Scioto County Sheriff deputies have charged a Portsmouth man with at least one count of rape.
Investigators say 50-year-old Anselmo Soria could face more charges at a later date.
Deputies say they started investigating Soria after allegations he had been sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl for several years.
Investigators say Soria may have also sexually assaulted several other victims between the ages of 9 and 12 years old over a period of time.
Deputies say Soria has been living in the United States illegally for the past 15 years.
