Rain Swollen Rivers Causing Flooding

Tuscarawas County is under a flood warning until 9 a.m. Saturday.
The NWS says minor flooding is still occurring upstream from the Dover Dam. Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
Coshocton County is under a flood warning until 8 p.m. Saturday.
The NWS says water levels on Muskingum River were at 15.1 feet Friday morning. Flood stage is 15 feet.
The NWS estimates the river will rise to near 15.2 feet by Friday afternoon.
