< < Back to renovations-start-new-ou-medical-school-campus-dublinThe Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine marked the start of renovations of the school's new central Ohio campus with a special tree planting ceremony Friday.
The new campus in Dublin will open to its first class of 50 students in July 2014. Students will spend all four years of their medical education at the central campus.
The development of the Dublin campus is funded by a $105 million gift from the Osteopathic Heritage Foundations.
School officials say the campus will help address the shortage of primary care physicians in Ohio.
