Man Arrested For Public Indecency On Bike Path

Athens County Sheriff deputies arrested a Pomeroy man for allegedly exposing himself on the bike path.
Sheriff Pat Kelly says Michael Manley, 33, was arrested Monday for public indecency.
Kelly says a 22-year-old woman called 911 to report a man who exposed his genitals while he was jogging on the bike path.
Deputies arrested Manley after he returned to his scooter located in a parking area off the bike path.
Deputies say they found a BB gun. Deputies say Manley said he carried the gun to scare someone off if he was threatened.
