Athens County Man Found Dead Along WV Rt. 2

The Marietta Times reported Thursday that a middle-aged Athens County resident was found dead along WV Route 2.
He reportedly crashed his car over an embankment and either died from injuries sustained in the crash, or he was hit by another car.

Update: An earlier version of this story reported that the man was from Athens, when in fact he is from Athens County. No city specification was made by the Marietta Times report.
