Jenny Hall-Jones, the Dean of Students at Ohio University, recently wrote a blog post detailing her experience as the victim of sexism in the workplace.
In the video above, she talks about the feedback she's received from the strong column – most of it positive – which accumulated thousands of views online and reached far outside Athens.
