Man Arrested in Huntington Shooting

A man was arrested Friday in a shooting that happened Thursday in the 2000 block of 11th Avenue, Huntington Police say.
Cantrell D. Foreman, 21, of Huntington, was arraigned in Cabell County Magistrate Court and charged with one count of attempted murder in the shooting of 25-year-old Christopher Jones.
Police say the shooting happened as a result of a domestic situation between Foreman and Jones.
HPD Lt. John Williams says Jones was shot several times while he was in bed. Williams says a 6-year-old child was in another bed in the room, but was not hurt.
Foreman will be taken to the Western Regional Jail. Huntington Police say he has no prior arrest history with their department
