Glouster Man Pleads Not Guilty To Nine Felony Charges

Paul J. Roberts pled not guilty to the nine felony counts against him. The list of felony charges against Paul J. Roberts include aggravated murder, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, theft and vandalism.
According to the Athens County Prosecutor’s Office Roberts killed his father, Paul E. Roberts, 63 and put his body in a well under the porch of his house on Locust Street. He’s also accused of stealing his father’s 2004 Jeep Liberty, John Deere riding lawnmower and credit card.
Judge Alan Goldberry set Robert’s bond at $950,000.
