Two people accused in an armed robbery earlier this month are among a long list of Washington County Grand Jury indictments.

According to WTAP, the grand jury indicted Jason Stewart in the case of an armed robbery at the Subway restaurant earlier this month on Washington Boulevard in Belpre.

Also indicted was Austin Stacy on complicity to commit aggravated robbery and to commit armed robbery.

"He is the one who supplied the gun to Mr. Stewart, well aware of the fact that Mr. Stewart was going to use that gun to commit armed robbery," says Washington County Assistant Prosecutor Kevin Rings. "We believe he is also responsible in assisting in the getaway by supplying clothes or something for Mr. Stewart to change into."

A 40-count indictment, meanwhile, is handed down against Michael Jazdezewski and his brother-in-law, Kristopher Cline.

They're accused of a long series of breakings and enterings at businesses in Washington, Noble and Meigs Counties and Jackson County in West Virginia.

Besides breaking and entering, Jazdezewski and Cline are also charged with theft and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Prosecutor Jim Schneider says the pair are also under investigation for break-ins in northeastern and eastern Ohio.

And an indictment Friday for the theft of Marietta High School's "spirit rock" in September.

Miles Elliott was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

The large boulder was recovered shortly after it was reported missing in early September.
