West Virginia Governor Tomblin’s Brother Pleading Guilty To Drug Charges

WSAZ reports that Carl Tomblin admitted in court this morning to distributing Oxymorphone, which is a prescription painkiller, in Logan County.
He was placed on home confinement after he tested positive for taking Valium.
During the hearing it was learned that Tomblin has an outstanding warrant in Tennessee on a theft charge.
Tomblin will be sentenced on the drug case on June 25.
