Eastern Michigan Surges Past Ohio

Too many Eastern Michigan hits ended Ohio's season-high two-game win streak.
EMU beat Ohio 10-5 in the final game of a three-game series Sunday. The Bobcats had won the previous two games and head coach Rob Smith – whose tenure started in 2013 – got his first series win.
Ohio fell to 8-32 (4-14 MAC), while Eastern Michigan improved to 15-26 (3-15).
