Logan Graber, 29, of Sidney, was charged after he allegedly went the wrong way on Court Street during a late-night ride in June.
According to police reports, Graber's vehicle was traveling eastbound on West State Street when he entered the opposite lane of traffic, striking a parked car.
Graber allegedly drove away from the scene of the crash and began to travel south on North Court Street before losing control of the vehicle and striking a light pole just off the roadway. The vehicle continued down the sidewalk, hitting the right side of the entrance to The Crystal, according to previous Messenger reporting.
After causing what police called "disabling" damage to the vehicle, Graber allegedly fled the scene on foot toward Mill Street where he was apprehended. He was not injured and refused to submit to sobriety tests, according to police.

Police later found that Graber was convicted of receiving stolen property in Montgomery County and on probation for the offense. He has since been transported to Montgomery County, according to court records.
Graber was charged in Athens County Municipal Court with operating a vehicle under the influence and having an expired driver's license.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 23 in municipal court on his traffic offenses. He pleaded innocent to the charges on June 27 and prosecutors have since requested discovery in the case.
