Electrical Power Restored to 2,000+ with Outages

Power was restored to The Plains around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday morning.
According to AEP Ohio, more than 2,000 people were without power after an outage Monday night.
AEP Ohio said the outage was caused by two spans of wire down from a fallen tree on Poston Road. The outage happened around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
