Republican Ryan Davis is the unofficial winner over Democrat Don Rachford in the County Commissioner race with 9510 votes. Rachford who received 8495 votes.

 

In the Judge of Court of Common Pleans race, William Marshall unofficially won over Michael Jones with 54 percent of the vote.

 

The Portsmouth Public Library Levy has been unofficially renewed by 12,440 to 5295. The five-year one-mill levy is slated to toward current expenses.
