The state patrol says it's investigating an early morning car crash that killed two 19-year-old teens.

The patrol's Lancaster post says the accident happened Sunday about 3:30 a.m. when Nathan Walker of Lancaster lost control of his car and hit a pole in Greenfield Township.

Both Walker and Bradley Rhinesmith of Sugar Grove were thrown from the car and that neither teen was wearing a seat belt.

The teens were taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus where they later died.
