Ohio’s Kat Yelle Transfers to Bradley< < Back to
The Ohio Women’s basketball team will be without one of their leaders next season.
Kat Yelle, a redshirt senior, has transferred to Bradley, according to the Ohio University Athletic department.
Yelle graduated from Ohio in the spring and will pursue a Master’s Degree at Bradley.
Yelle, who is from Geneva, Illinois, is moving closer to home with Bradley being located in Peoria, Illinois.
She helped lead the Bobcats to their first MAC title and NCAA tournament birth since 1995, and school record 27 wins.
Yelle started all 32 games for Bob Boldon and lead the team with 86 assists. She averaged 6.4 points and 2.6 assists this past season for the Bobcats.
